First Annual Wing Eating Contest hailed by customers as “A great time!”Sponsored by The Chicken Bone, Harpoon Brewery and “The Weekly Dig” last week’s event was a HUGE success. Spectators and fellow contestants packed the house to cheer on their favorites. Winners in each of 4 divisions took home Cases of Harpoon Beer, a Tour of the Harpoon Brewery for 80 people, Crisp $100 bills, apparel packages, and Chicken Bone Gift Cards. This event was so popular that we added a 4th heat to meet the demand. The following WINNERS stole the show eating more wings in 5 minutes than the rest (more pictures):

Bubba not only loves our wings but he’s a “Great Karoeke Singer” too. Coming in a little shy of his prediction to eat 50 wings in five minutes he none the less stole the show winning the first heat and setting the pace for the evening. Bubba; we want to see you at our Framingham location soon for one of our most popular weekly events: Wednesday night BONE E OKE with Scotty D! 
This mystery man snuck in just under the wire. He blew the competition away and was ready for more!!! Check his picture on our website to see what his white shirt looked like when he finished. 
"Night Train" far surpassed his prediction of eating 20 wings and left the competition in the dust. A self proclaimed "fan of Miss Piggy from The Muppet Show" Daymyen handled our mixed basket of Hot, Thermo, and Atomic in style! 
Nate the Nibbler stole the night with his ability to handle the hottest wings we have …ATOMIC. Nate proclaims his love of competition by smokin' out his competitors and his love of wings by "wearing a chicken hat". His prediction of 3-5 lbs of wings in five minutes might just be accurate. This sauce was SO HOT that many backed away from the challenge but not our WINNER "Nate the Nibbler".
